These Terms and Conditions govern your use of McNeel Plumbing services, including our website and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
McNeel Plumbing operates an SMS and email communications program designed to ensure optimal customer support for our plumbing services. This program includes the following message types:
=> Transactional Messages: Appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and direct responses to service-related inquiries.
=> Marketing Messages: Seasonal specials, promotions, and discounts, sent only to users who provide separate, explicit secondary consent.
Transactional and promotional consent are collected independently via two distinct, non-pre-selected checkboxes on our booking form. Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of receiving transactional communications.
2. User Representation & Age Restriction
By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use or access our services or opt into our messaging program.
3. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your phone number and checking the applicable consent checkbox(es) on our booking form, you authorize McNeel Plumbing to send text messages to your mobile number for the purpose(s) you have selected. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may submit our booking form without checking either consent checkbox and still receive services.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 830-357-7114. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you have opted into both transactional and marketing messages, sending STOP will remove you from both programs simultaneously.
5. Rejoin Instructions
If you would like to rejoin our messaging program, simply return to our booking website and opt in again as you did the first time. We will resume sending SMS messages to you according to your updated consent selections.

7. Message Frequency and Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our service, but typically averages 3–5 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider directly.
8. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. McNeel Plumbing does not guarantee delivery of SMS messages and is not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery caused by carrier networks or technical issues outside of our control.
9. Privacy Policy Cross-Link
Your use of the messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including your SMS opt-in data and consent records. 10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our SMS communications program for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CAN-SPAM Act. McNeel Plumbing reserves the right to terminate your access to our messaging program for any violation of these Terms.
11. Change of Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to remain compliant with carrier requirements or changes in applicable law. Updates will be posted with a new Last Updated date. Your continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
